Lapsit Rhyme Time:    March 8, 22 & April 12, 26    Time: 10:15-10:45

Ages: 6 to 18 month olds with caregiver

These programs will be entertaining for the children and instructive for parents and

caregivers. Developmental tips related to activities, stories and rhyme will be presented. Early literacy skills will be highlighted. Sign up is required and space is limited.

 

Toddler Time    March 2, 9, 16 & April 13, 20, 27   Time: 10:30-11:00

Ages: 2-3 year olds

Children and parents come along and join the fun. Enjoy stories, rhymes, songs, and craft focused on different themes each week. Sign-up for the month of special story times with your little one. Registration is required.

 

Preschool Power    Feb. 14, 21, 28 & April 3, 17, 24     Time: 1:30-2:15

Ages: 4-5 year olds

Children will hear great stories and songs. Early literacy skills for learning to read will be introduced. Children will make a craft related to the story. Registration is required.

 

W.O.W.—Wacky on Wednesday      March 7, April 4, May 2    Time: 4-4:45

K-6th Grade

A fun filled time with wacky stories, crafts, and experiments. Be sure to sign up!

 

Dr. Seuss Event     March 2 at 3:30-4:30

Preschool-2nd Grade

Celebrate the fun, rhyme and life of Dr. Seuss.

 

Spring Break Special     March 29 at 2-4 p.m. for K-6th Grade

Let’s go to the beach! Sand, water, games, stories and fun.

Call to have your sandy spot reserved.

 

National Library Week Activities

April 9: Deadline to turn in “Why I love my library” poem/essay

April 11: Library Scavenger Hunt at 3:30-4:30

April 13: Favorite library stories (K-6th grade) 3:30-4:30

 

Teen Events

Hunger Games Party

March 23 at 3:30-5 for 6th grade and up. Food, battles, costumes, and trivia to gear up for the major motion movie event.
